It is with great pleasure that we announcing the addition in his career of Barnaby Benavides as one of the new Operation supervisor Food and Manager in Courtyard by Marriott International.
Barnaby has been with Marriott International before for close to five years, painstakingly climbing the ranks with his dedication and commitment to his work in Hospitality. In the past out of those experience years were spent as a Guest Relations, where he has shown exemplary performance, as shown in the annual quality service and customer retention reports.
Barnaby has always shown initiative in the performance of his duties, even going above and beyond what is expected of him, in order to ensure that delivers quality customer service while producing the expected outputs, well before their respective deadlines. The organization expects this same level of dedication and commitment to be applied in his new position as one of the heads of the Food and Beverages Department.
As a Food and Beverages Supervisor, Barnaby will be more closely involved in the formulation of sales and marketing plans, with particular focus on the two biggest projects of Marriott – the BLT restaurant Project and the highly anticipated expansion of the culinary and service area Project, a last year undertaking expected to launch in the coming year. Of course, these are on top of any other concurrent strategies projects requiring his hospitality expertise and leadership.
